Red Stiletto

This is an incredibly special wine in our portfolio. Our signature Red blend with a base of Syrah 2021 Syrah grown on the winery site. This blend also contains some Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot varieties. The grapes have been grown on the winery site and aged in a variety of different oak enhancing the aromas and making the wine soft and smooth. Light and fruity, with a smoky nose. An easy sipping red wine. Pairs well with cedar plank salmon on the barbecue or lamb chops.

 

Black Stiletto

$55.00 plus tax

As a compliment to our flagship Red and White Stiletto blends we have created our Black Stiletto. This wine was selected from our top Syrah and Merlot barrels from 2022 and 2023 to produce a bold rich wine with heavy tannins and prominent oak characteristics. This full bodied multi vintage wine was aged for over 24 months in oak to soften the ripe tannins and give it a silky velvety mouthfeel and finish. Excellent with all types of red meat and hearty dishes. Enjoy with friends and family.

 

Cabernet Merlot 2022

This Cabernet Merlot delivers a bright fruit forward nose with beautiful barrel    characteristics. It is big, rich and velvety with a long finish.

 

Reserve Syrah 2021

$50.00 plus tax

This full-bodied Syrah is rich, velvety and smooth. The fruit was fully ripe when it was hand-picked at the end of November.  This small lot wine was on skins for four weeks before pressing.  The wine spent 17 months in premium oak before bottling. It shows lots of black fruit, leather and spice and will continue to improve over the next 5 to 10 years.
